All company information is handled under the Company tab of Scout's main menu. In here you can put your companies name and address.
In this section you also have the ability to add email addresses that you'd like to be either CC'd or BCC'd on all of the emails sent out of Scout.
1. Log into admin.pointman.com
2. Click on the Company tab in the Main Menu.
3. This is where you can enter in your companies name and address. Whenever you make any changes to this section, be sure to click the save button in the upper right-hand corner.
4. This is also where you can enter in any email addresses that you'd like to be copied on all emails sent out via Scout. You can enter as many addresses as you'd like in both of these fields, but they must each be separated by a comma.
Again, if you make any changes here, be sure to click the
button in the lower right-hand corner.
